This workshop is designed for teachers and others practitioners who support students with reading. The workshop goal is to provide participants with foundational skills to support students who have reading difficulties. Practical strategies will be demonstrated for use in either classroom or one to one teaching environments.

This workshop will be led by Yvonne Stern and Marcia Langenberg. Yvonne and Marcia both hold Master’s Degree in Education. They have extensive experience teaching students with learning disabilities/disorders in reading and writing. With expertise born from experience and informed by research, both can respond to participants’ questions with pragmatism and insight.
