Cancellations must be made by email to info@centre4literacy.com. Cancellations made at least seven days before the start of the program will receive a maximum refund (program cost less a 20% administrative fee). Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the start of the program and prior to the start of the program will be refunded 50% of the full program fee. Cancellations after the start date of a program will be refunded for medical or family emergencies only. Refunds will be prorated at the time of the request and administrative costs (20% of the cost of the program) will be subtracted from the refund amount. Should the Centre for Literacy cancel a program due to insufficient enrolment, a full refund will be administered. Please allow three weeks for processing refunds. Refunds may be issued in the form of e-transfer and/or credit to existing accounts, if available.
